Volunteer Support Centres (CSV)

AI strategy, training and applications for CSVs.

Identify opportunities, develop skills and build tools that support the Centre’s work and its services for local associations.

Three professionals review a workflow on a monitor during an operational discussion.

The Centre’s work. Value for associations.

Our proposal brings together two perspectives: helping the CSV’s leadership and staff introduce AI into their activities, and designing skills programmes and services the Centre can offer associations. The starting point may be a strategic decision, a training programme or an application need.

Strategy, skills and tools

Three areas, shaped around your priorities.

AI strategy consulting

Review the Centre’s activities and tools, identify use cases and assess feasibility, effort and priorities. Define a roadmap with responsibilities and evaluation criteria.

A shared direction for deciding where to invest and how to begin.

Training and adoption support

Programmes for CSV leadership and staff, and workshops for associations and volunteers. Practical exercises, response verification and informed use of AI tools.

Skills for the Centre and programmes to offer local organisations.

AI application development

Design knowledge assistants, enquiry support and custom tools. Assess integration with existing portals and applications, then test with the people who will use them.

Tools built around services and the people delivering them.

Potential uses to design together

From internal work to services for the community.

  1. Knowledge staff can access

Consult guides, procedures and training resources in a controlled collection, with source references and content that can be updated.

  2. Better-organised enquiries

Collect context from associations’ enquiries, help route them to the right person and prepare the work of service staff.

  3. Skills to share with associations

Work with the CSV to design AI workshops for communications, documents and activity planning, adapted to participants’ experience.

Each application is evaluated against the Centre’s materials and processes. Access, verification and staff responsibilities are part of the design.

Relevant experience

Experience with service networks. A proposal to shape with your CSV.

QualiValue’s documented projects with trade unions and consumer associations offer relevant experience in knowledge, assistance and collaboration between staff. For CSVs, we propose a specific approach grounded in the Centre’s own services.

A first intervention can focus on strategy, training or an application: we agree on the scope and how to evaluate its usefulness together.

How we work

A first step with a clear objective.

  1. Understand

We listen to people, review activities and tools, and define the intended outcome and constraints.

  2. Test

We design a focused intervention, agreeing on data, access, responsibilities and evaluation criteria.

  3. Support adoption

We assess usefulness in everyday work, support staff and consider how to extend the solution.

Let’s talk

What are your CSV’s AI priorities?

Tell us about a need within the Centre or a service you would like to develop for associations. We can explore opportunities, skills and tools together.

An initial conversation about your context

We start with your needs and the people involved to define a possible approach. You can contact us even if you have not yet identified a solution.
